After spending many years in the food industry working in an environment, which encompassed both the retail and foodservice segments, William A. Eiserloh envisioned the need for brokerage firms that were totally dedicated to foodservice.
The W.A. Eiserloh Company, Ltd. was formed in April 1973 in New Orleans, Louisiana as a company totally dedicated to sales and marketing of products to the food service industry.
Peter P. Koteas Joined the company in the capacity of Sales Manager.
All outstanding shares of the corporation’s stock were purchased by Peter P. Koteas.
John F. Feliu and Jeffery M. Toups purchased the Eiserloh Company.
Jeffery M. Toups becomes the sole owner of Eiserloh Company.
We invest in necessary resources to gather and maintain competitive information on all key accounts, therefore allowing us to pursue all opportunities. We are then able to identify the operators and their needs.
